We share our love by meeting basic needs, providing emotional care, helping with pregnancy and parenting challenges, offering free health care, helping seniors stay safely in their homes and housing those without homes.

We welcome any person in distress regardless of background or story. With our supporters we work to reframe every urgent need as an invitation to partner with us for long-term stability.

With financial and volunteer support, we served over 1,217 individuals who’ve needed safe, daytime shelter out of the cold. Our guests have made over 6,655 visits to the Winter Warming Station this past season. We distributed warm winter wear, offered more than 50 meals each day and have shared companionship with those often overlooked.

Our licensed therapists guide individuals and families struggling with life’s challenges, depression, anxiety and anger-related issues. In Beaver County, that’s meant providing 1,288 therapy sessions in the most recent fiscal year.

We’re the first point of contact for those facing homelessness in Butler County, often providing emergency shelter. In 2019, we served 230 people and invested $46.5K for the calendar year. In 2021, we served 581 people and invested $45K per month.

Meeting basic needs means giving individuals and families breathing room and ensuring they have both groceries and shelter. Through COVID assistance, our Greene County Outreach office administered $12,589 funds for rent and utility payments over a 12-month period.

We served more than 62,000 meals last year to seniors in Lawrence County through Challenges, Options in Aging, our program that helps older adults remain safely in their homes.

When 54 seniors were displaced from their homes by a fire earlier this year, we provided each of them with $400 in immediate assistance to replace material goods, including clothes, linens and other items destroyed by smoke and fire.
