Catholic charities Free Health Care Center

The CCFHCC provides completely free care medical and dental care to uninsured and under-insured individuals 19 years-old and older. Under-insured adults are those who have some health insurance, but still cannot afford the medical and/or dental care they need and/or essential medicines (for instance, those that keep blood pressure or diabetes under control).

Very often, under-insured individuals have avoided getting treatment that they need for years because of the costs involved. We are here to help!

The CCFHCC follows a Volunteer in Medicine (VIM) model that uses the time, talent, and energy of numerous active and retired medical, dental, and non-clinical individuals to provide care and services to our patients.

Services include:

• Primary care visits, including extensive first visit evaluations
• Treatment plan development
• Dental and health screenings
• Dental and medical therapy and management
• Chronic disease management
• Coordination of preventative care
• Health promotion and education
• Nutrition and diet counseling
• Specialty care (including cardiology; dermatology; ear, nose, and throat; endocrinology; gynecology; ophthalmology; physical therapy; rheumatology; partial & full prostheses/crowns; periodontics; endodontics)
