Housing Assistance Program

We offer case management, limited rental assistance, and mortgage assistance to Butler County residents.

• Case Management:
  Caseworkers assist individuals in developing a realistic service plan to outline steps to reach goals for self-sufficiency and stable housing.
• Mortgage Assistance:
  We can provide a one-month mortgage payment to individuals that are in jeopardy of foreclosure on their home.
• Rental Assistance:
  We can provide limited financial assistance to individuals who are being evicted, are at least one month behind in rent, or need assistance with first month's rent.
