Neighborhood Based Services

If you are a resident of the Lawrenceville, East End or North Side neighborhoods of Allegheny County, Neighborhood Based Services can provide help directly to you with programs that include counseling, life skills education, case management and homemaker services… right in your neighborhood.

You are eligible for service if you meet the following requirements:

• are under 60 years old
• meet Human Services Development Fund guidelines
• are a resident of the Lawrenceville, East End or North Side neighborhoods
