All you need to get started on the road to your new or expanded family is to:

• Be a resident of Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Greene, Lawrence or Washington counties
• Be 21 years of age or older and in good physical and emotional health
• Have a stable home environment
• Be single or married for at least two years
