Catholic Charities served more than 96,000 individuals during 2005-06 with its diocesan-wide programs at four service centers and six county offices. The total includes 12,088 individuals served by parish social ministries affiliated with Catholic Charities.

Units of Service are a way to quantify client interactions. As appropriate, a number refers to an increment of time used to provide the service, or it refers to trips or meals
Persons Served
Persons Served refers to the number of individuals who have used a specific service. If an individual has used the same service multiple times (e.g. counseling), he/she is counted once for that service. If an individual has used several services, he/she is counted once for each service used.
